The Move Meter is a product by Coldwell Banker National. Dispersed to its franchises, my team’s mission was to promote this award-winning product to consumers in our various markets. This unified social media and digital advertising campaign was designed to compare local landmarks in the cities of each of the company’s offices with famous locations. The diptych-style forces associations while the overlaid graphics pulled from the product’s UI provide a teaser for the user’s experience using the tool.

THE LONE STAR LIVING DIGITAL MAGAZINE
This social media advertising campaign is meant to showcase Coldwell Banker’s ‘flippable’ digital magazine of active listings. Imagery featuring splashy photos of well-staged properties is paired with language identifying common features that make a house somebody’s “Dream Home”. The campaign’s copywriting recipe of “Find your ___ for the first time” harkens to the product’s nature as a library of listings awaiting discovery behind a simple link encouraging the consumer to dive in.

San Antonio, Texas — notoriously referred to as “Military City, USA” — offers a unique and robust relocation industry. By geo-targeting bases in the city and utilizing language appealing to the unique situations families of servicemen and servicewomen often face, Coldwell Banker positions itself as a confident resource in a difficult life transition.
